Welcome to Dynatrace Linz!
Our Engineering Headquarters, also called "the boomerang", opened its doors in the emerging harbor region of Linz in November 2019. It’s not only the Engineering Headquarters of Austria, but also worldwide. This light-flooded glass building offers workplaces for 480 Dynatracers and is equipped with a cafeteria, barista, library, gaming room, kitchenettes, and much more. Ready to take a tour inside?
The Dynatrace Engineering Headquarters extends over six floors with a total area of 9,000 square meters, offering many highlights. However, it´s not just the nice furniture that’ll convince you to be part of the team–there is much more to experience here! Our unique culture, agile ways of working, and value-driven approach are all essential to our vision of a world where software works perfectly. Every quarter, we get together to celebrate our achievements. When this conference room opens its doors, the entire entrance area becomes a huge gathering zone. Additionally, we enjoy using this room for events or meetups, and for our annual end-of-year Holiday Party.
Environmental sustainability and minimizing our carbon footprint are important aspects to our customers, employees, and shareholders. That´s why we reward Dynatracers who cycle to work with shopping vouchers. We know getting up in the morning isn’t always easy. To help boost your energy, we offer a breakfast bar with fresh fruit, muesli, and dairy products (also vegan options) every day. Because creating perfect software requires a perfect start in the morning. And you deserve it!
Our kitchen on the ground floor offers all the necessary equipment you’ll need for cooking–from pots and pans to herbs and flour. To satisfy your cravings, help yourself to snacks and special drinks available at our vending machines. However, the highlight of this area is our cafeteria, where you can enjoy a selection of freshly cooked meals, a salad bar, and desserts, prepared daily by our Gourmet team.

Welcome to The Recording Studio! Equipped with professional yet beginner-friendly recording gear, everyone is welcome to use this studio after a short training session to create video content.
Never stop growing and learning is one of our key mantras. That’s why we offer an in-house library where everyone can rent books. In addition, every Dynatracer is welcome to order books that aren’t yet part of the library if they add value. The library is the place to go for a moment of peace, yoga, or cozy Fireside Chats. Not to mention, you can also enjoy an amazing view over Linz. However, this isn’t the only place where you can dive into research. If you look out the window, you can almost see our Research Lab on the campus of JKU Linz. Innovation first! Our Lego table is a symbol of what we stand for–innovation and creativity. We’re a one product company, building software for software. Like building something with Lego bricks, every one of us adds value to the big picture, and by connecting the pieces, an amazing product is built.
